Paul
Hines
July 8, 2024 – December 3, 2024
A life well lived unexpectedly ended on December 3, 2024, Paul Edward Hines was 55 at the time of passing. We are still gathering information about the cause of death and ask for privacy during this difficult time. We will share more details about the memorial events in the coming days.
Paul was born on July 8, 1969, in Yakima County and was the son of the late Clarence and Marian Hines. Paul was preceded in death by his father Clarence Edward Hines, mother Marian Ida Forster Hines, brother Daniel Hines and niece Amy Hines.
Paul is survived by his wife Ann Margaret Hines, his two sons and two daughters Sage Hines, Levi Hines, Amber Hines, Samatha Hines (Sammi), and his two grandsons and three granddaughters Alexander, Alexis, Jeniah, Leila, and Ashley. Paul is also survived by his sister Sandra Danforth, nephews David, James, Andrew and Brian and nieces Correen and Kristen.
Paul attended East Valley Church in Yakima growing up and Hope Trinities more recently. Paul had a love for life, loved doing anything outdoors and was often found working on cars. His love for cars did not end with just working on them, he also loved to drive them the faster the better. Paul had many different professions throughout his life, but fixing cars was his favorite of all. He loved camping and taking any kind of road trip.
Paul was a shining light in his family's lives growing up and was often referred to as his mom's favorite. He had a charismatic personality that made it easy to love him and was loved by allhis family and friends. Paul was kind, compassionate and caring for even strangers he talked with and would do anything he could for others. He also had an unwavering faith in God. His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and the many lives that were touched by him. We ask that you remember him not for the way his life ended, but for the way it was lived and for the profound impact it had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
A celebration of Paul's life will be conducted sometime in the coming months and will be updated as soon as we have the final details worked out.
Thank you, the Hines Family
