Scott was born May 2, 1955 in Richland to Ron and Donna Lou Feaster. He passed peacefully at home on April 21, 2026 with his wife and sons by his side. As a kid, he ran the neighborhood with close friends and later played sports with most of them. Throughout grade school, Jr. high and high school Scott played all sports (which at that time were football, basketball, and baseball) and later, was on the EWU football team. He completed his MBA during his years at Hanford. Scott's favorite activities were hunting, golfing, fishing and best of all spending time at his cabin in the Tucannon Valley with friends and family.

Scott is survived by his wife, Jean, Sons Tyson (Jean), Jake (Lauralee), Jared, 6 wonderful grandkids, his brother Jim (Donna Sue), niece Ashley and family, niece Kate (Miquel) and family; and his father Ron. He was preceded in death by his sister Kathy, his mother Donna Lou and his step-mother Barbara.

There will be a celebration of life at a later date.
